They are cheaper than North American Spas as the cost of shipping, duty and the conversion to Eurpoean approval adds considerably to their prices. Also there are no 'middle men' to add on ther profits. We also have a major advantage over other hot tub dealers in that our overheads are low, being part of a textile mill operation - no fancy town centre rent and rates to pay and no high commission salesmen. What About After Sales Service
Every single spa has to be tested for 24 hours before it is released to us - all parts have a minimum 12 months guarantee, with airblowers 2 years, pumps 3 years and shells 7 years. Unlike foreign spas, all parts are available immediately and do not have to be shipped in leaving you without your hot tub for weeks, or even months. All our engineers are Spaform trained to the highest EU standards. All our spas are individually CE registered and TUV approved unlike some imported spas where the spa unit is CE approved, but the electrical components themselves do not comply with European standards on safety. Because breakdowns are rear, we aim to visit ANY customer with a problem with a rapid response. Are Other Tubs Better?
Simply NO! But they do like to tell you so. They can offer full foam insulation which is required in the Canadian Rockies with 10 feet of snow and -30 but not needed in the country. Being American - if Spaform products have 43 jets - they will have 86! Why? Because they assume its better. Try sitting in a hot tub with 20 jets on one seat and then try the comfort and style of Spaform. Paying over £10,000 for a tub does not make it better than any Spaform hot tubs.
